Hi, I’m Suri - Your Partner in Recovery
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and an experienced eating disorder recovery coach dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food, body, and self. With dual degrees in Psychology and Nutrition, I bring a holistic, evidence-based approach to my work, integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy to provide compassionate, individualized support.
I specialize in meal support, skills coaching, and therapy for those navigating disordered eating, negative body image, and self-esteem challenges. My practice is HAES-aligned and rooted in the belief that all bodies deserve respect, nourishment, and care—free from diet culture and harmful societal expectations.

Why I do this Work
I’ve seen firsthand how eating disorders and disordered eating patterns can take over a person’s life, but I also know that healing is possible. My mission is to support and empower you in your recovery—helping you rediscover a life that’s full, meaningful, and free from food-related anxiety.
