This service is for anyone struggling with disordered eating, negative body image, anxiety around food, or recovery challenges. Whether you’re just starting your journey or need additional support, I offer compassionate, evidence-based guidance tailored to your needs.

What’s the difference between meal support, skills coaching, and therapy??

Meal Support: Live, virtual support while you eat to help reduce anxiety, challenge food rules, and make meals feel safer.
Skills Coaching: Recovery-focused coaching using CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you navigate urges, emotions, and behaviors.
Therapy: A deeper exploration of emotions, trauma, and personal challenges that influence your relationship with food and your body (LMSW supervised).

Is this a weight-loss program?

No. My approach is weight-inclusive and HAES-aligned, meaning I support recovery that prioritizes mental and physical well-being over weight control. I do not promote weight loss, dieting, or restrictive eating behaviors.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, I offer affordable payment options and a membership model that provides ongoing support at a lower per-session rate.
