Through discussions, exercises, and peer support, you’ll gain the confidence to move toward body acceptance in a safe and judgment-free environment.

Intuitive Eating

Our 8-Week Intuitive Eating Group helps you reconnect with your body’s natural cues and break free from diet culture. Each week, we’ll explore the 10 principles of intuitive eating, challenge food rules, and build trust with hunger and fullness cues. Through guided discussions, reflection exercises, and peer support, you’ll gain confidence in making food choices that nourish both body and mind—without guilt or restriction

Meal Support

Our Virtual Meal Support Group provides a safe, judgment-free space to practice mindful eating and receive support in real-time. This ongoing, open group offers accountability, guidance, and encouragement as you navigate meals in recovery. Whether you're facing fear foods, struggling with guilt, or just need a supportive community during meals, you don’t have to eat alone.

Skills Group

This open skills coaching group offers a supportive, safe space for individuals in eating disorder recovery to build practical skills for healing and growth. Through guided exercises and group discussions, participants will learn strategies to improve body image, manage triggers, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Whether you’re navigating food challenges, emotional regulation, or self-esteem, this group provides the tools and community support needed to continue your recovery journey with confidence and resilience.
